RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, implements and develops recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques independently to identify qualified physician candidates Places outgoing calls to potential physician candidates for recruiting purposes Communicates all assignment and benefits details accurately and thoroughly to physician throughout the recruitment process to minimize physician-initiated contract terminations Places qualified physicians with current and new clients nationally, by actively sourcing qualified physician candidates and maintaining current database
