Job Summary

The Account Associate provides timely response to clients’ requests for products, services and/or information. They are the primary point-of-contact for coordinating project activities including specification development, proposal development, scheduling services, project status updates and oversight of installation for projects. The Account Associate functions as the right hand supporting an Account Manager on large projects, and is assigned to work on smaller projects independently. They are responsible for project and daily work order activities and complete client satisfaction for their team’s accounts.
