Senior Consultant - Construction Advisory - Delay

The work of a Senior Consultant may include providing dispute avoidance, dispute expertise and dispute resolution. Deliverables will include the review and analysis of construction schedules, job cost reports, labour records, production quantities, earned values, project reports, change orders, contracts, correspondence, and other project records. The Senior Consultant may also create and maintain project schedules and assist clients in the navigation of project risks. The role will report directly to the testifying expert on projects, and be involved in the provision of high-value, accurate and detailed expert analysis and reports for the purpose of assisting in litigation, adjudication and arbitration.
