Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in performing unit, UI/UX, defect, system, and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites.
- Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company-wide, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered.
- Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects, including end-to-end eCommerce site launches, and guide the team in their execution.
