AP/AR Accounting Specialist

LearnTastic is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP/AR Accounting Specialist to join the finance team. Working closely with the CFO and Controller, the successful candidate will support accounts

payable, accounts receivable, billing, payment processing, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate coding to purchase orders and the appropriate jobs or projects.
• Manage customer and builder billing, including progress invoices, change orders, commercial project draws, and retainage.
