Tech Program Support Advisor

Serve as a dedicated Support Advisor who ensures a positive and seamless homeschooling experience for assigned families and students. Provide timely parent and student support, maintain accurate enrollment and academic records, facilitate parent trainings and student engagement activities, and collaborate with the team to address concerns and improve program processes.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Parent Experience (Advisor Support) Ensures accurate necessary passwords and access credentials provided to the assigned families upon sending Welcome Email.

Ensure the accuracy of students' enrolled courses in the online curriculum portal.
