Automotive "Flying Doctor" Technician

(We're accepting applications from all Romania, this is a field based role, providing on-site technical support, covering all Romania.) We're looking for our new Flying Doctor Technician to provide on-site support (especially in connection with electrical buses) with the following responsibilities:

Managing escalated technical cases from front-line support, validating information, performing deep-dive analysis and defining corrective actions.

Providing remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle repair.

Producing clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement.
