MTF Biologics processes tissue grafts from human donors that are used in a growing array of clinical applications – positively affecting lives across the globe. Screen and evaluate donors with Recovery Member staff to ensure potential donors meet MTFs criteria as established by the Medical Board of Trustees. Perform, coordinate and/or triage all functions of the Tissue Services recovery program/clients relating to the referral from donor sources; determining medical suitability with processor, obtaining appropriate authorization and medical/behavioral history, and coordination of recovery arrangements. Responsible for entering donor information into various donor databases. Manage workflow of referrals and ensure that shift performance adheres to established standards. Display respect for the donor and donor family at all times and maintain donor confidentiality. Must be able to work rotating shifts.
