Director (Travel & Hospitality)

Requirements

Experience : 16+ years Extensive experience in delivery leadership, portfolio management, or program management within the Travel and Hospitality domain.

Strong domain expertise in Travel and Hospitality, with an understanding of industry-specific business processes, technology landscapes, and client expectations.

Proven experience leading and managing teams of 100+ associates across multiple projects or delivery engagements.

Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio valued at $10M+, with accountability for P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, margins, and cost optimization.

Strong expertise in end-to-end project and delivery management, including release governance, quality assurance, production readiness, and KPI tracking.
