ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Brand Manager owns the profit and loss of a beauty portfolio inside that model. You are the one person accountable for contribution margin — the number that says whether the brand is worth Neato 's capital every week. You set the price, protect the buy box, keep the shelves in stock, run the promotional calendar, chase the reimbursements, and answer for the result.
