Project Coordinator II

Position Summary

Coordinate projects for engineers and inspectors, starting at project set up until project closure. Manage projects in various client portals and internal NV5 portals.

Keep track of documentation requirements and reports for Project Managers and Forensic Engineers Audit Field deliverables for projects which you are assigned, and follow-up with team members to ensure completeness of deliverables.

Maintain a high level of communication with assigned project teams and externally to the client. This includes written (project emails, meeting minutes, proposals) and verbal (documentation of conference calls) communication.

Consistently work in cooperation with numerous individuals and project teams both in person and across the country by leveraging technology and project management tools for communication and coordination.
