Omnicell is building its AI governance program and we are looking for a Manager, AI Frameworks and Standards to join our Legal Department and help decide how AI is designed, evaluated, and trusted across the company.
As a foundational member of Omnicell ’s AI Governance team, you will help the organization select, tailor, and operationalize an appropriate AI risk management framework, drawing on standards such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001, and translate them into practical controls, processes, and documentation. Partnering with engineering, product, privacy, security, and quality teams, you will help the business produce the artifacts that make AI systems transparent and accountable, including model cards and data cards.
