OrderYOYO is looking for a freelance CRM Manager to own and improve how we use HubSpot across our commercial teams. You will turn HubSpot into a reliable tool for managing leads, supporting sales activity, tracking customers, and making performance visible.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can work with stakeholders, understand how teams actually use the CRM, and then build practical improvements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day setup and administration of HubSpot, including users, permissions, properties, pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
- Improve lead capture, routing, qualification, and handover between teams.
- Build and maintain automation that reduces manual work and supports consistent follow-up.
