Virtual Assistant - Accounting Specialist

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Virtual Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. If you excel in structured, detail-driven environments and enjoy ensuring financial accuracy for clients, this role is for you. You’ll start by managing core accounting functions—handling day-to-day bookkeeping, performing reconciliations, and managing accounts payable/receivable—while ensuring every financial record is precise and compliant.

As you master your core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to take on more complex challenges, such as assisting with month-end and year-end closing, generating in-depth financial reports, and helping to streamline accounting processes for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional eager to grow into a trusted financial partner who combines technical expertise with strategic insight to support client success.
