We are looking for a skilled Creative Director to translate approved ad scripts into detailed, high-converting visual creative direction for our editing team. This role is central to our ad production process — taking scripts from copywriters and turning them into line-by-line creative direction documents that guide editors on shot selection, pacing, hooks, and editing style. The ideal candidate combines strong video editing instincts with a growing creative strategy skillset, and is ready to step into a creative lead path within a fast-paced, direct-response production environment.
