Revenue Strategy Ownership: Define and execute the end-to-end revenue strategy, aligning sales processes, targets, and pipelines to the growth goals of US-based clients.

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales function day-to-day — setting priorities, coaching the team, and holding performance accountable against clear metrics.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, overseeing outreach, and guiding deals from first contact through close.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts, establishing trust and ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
