Penguin Ai : We're Not Just Building AI, We're Revolutionizing Healthcare! Want to Be Our Pipeline-Building Maestro?

Who We Are: The Penguin Ai Rebellion!

We’re not your average AI company - and we don’t want average teammates. Penguin Ai was founded by healthcare veterans who knew the system needed more than hype and half-baked algorithms. We built an AI platform that actually works in healthcare - across Prior Auth, HCC Coding, and all those soul-crushing workflows no one brags about. Our platform is fast to implement (think: 60 days), reduces administrative costs up to 40%, and makes payers look like heroes without writing a line of code.

This is AI for the real world of healthcare. And just to put a fine point on it: powerhouses like Snowflake and AWS don't just partner with anyone. Their trust in our platform speaks volumes about our robust, scalable, and secure technology.

Your Day-to-Day Superpowers: What You’ll Actually Do:
Prospect relentlessly: build and work target account lists across health plans, payers, and risk-bearing provider groups
Open doors: run creative, multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video) that cuts through payer-industry noise
Qualify like a pro: uncover pain, budget, timing, and authority before a meeting ever hits the calendar
Book meetings that matter: hand your Sales Executive partners a steady stream of qualified conversations, not just calendar invites
Know the platform cold: speak fluently about Prior Auth, HCC Coding, and the administrative headaches we erase
Partner with Marketing: turn campaigns, content, and events into pipeline, and feed insights back on what's resonating
Keep the CRM pristine: log every touch, track every signal, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Hit your numbers: own your activity and meetings-booked targets like they're personal records to beat
What We're Looking For: Your Arsenal!
1-3 years of BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare tech, or another complex sell
A proven track record of hitting or beating outbound quota
Sharp written and verbal communication - you can make Prior Auth sound interesting (that's a superpower)
Comfort with cold outreach and rejection; resilience is non-negotiable.
Familiarity with a modern sales stack (Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
Genuine curiosity about healthcare and a hunger to learn the payer and provider landscape fast
Bonus Points: Your Secret Weapons!
You've previously helped to sell into health plans, payers, or risk-bearing provider groups
You’ve been around AI or automation projects that deliver measurable undeniable impact
You've not just survived but thrived in the beautiful chaos of a high-growth startup
You've a legendary reputation for making quota look easy
The Culture Fit: Join Our Colony!
You'll waddle with us if:
You like your coffee with a side of delightful chaos
You're fuelled by complexity and obsessed with delivering amazing results
You want to deliver something that fundamentally matters, transforms healthcare and ultimately saves lives
Education & Qualifications: Brainiac Basics
A Bachelor's degree business, or equivalent hands-on sales experience - we care more about hustle than pedigree
Comp & Perks: Because Even Superheroes Need Support!
Competitive salary & performance bonus: We reward greatness!
Medical, vision, and dental coverage: Keep you healthy and smiling!
Generous vacation policy and company holidays: Recharge and conquer!
A front-row seat in one of healthcare's most exciting AI companies – witness history in the making!
