Franchise Fitness Consultant - Orangetheory Fitness

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method is seeking a Franchise Fitness Consultant (FFC) to join its team. The FFC is a senior field leadership role responsible for fitness execution and overall studio performance outcomes across approximately 100–150 studios (25–50 franchisees). This role combines deep fitness expertise with business acumen, including member acquisition, retention, utilization, and overall member experience. The FFC partners closely with a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) and is capable of supporting complete territory ownership if required.
