A self-starter who can follow clear direction and deliver results efficiently.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with a UK-based leadership team.
DESIRABLE
HubSpot certifications (Admin, Sales Software, Automation or similar).
Experience with HubSpot Service Hub or Operations Hub.
Familiarity with HubSpot API for custom integrations or technical adjustments.
Experience implementing CRM for startups or scaling companies where processes are being defined for the first time.
Previous experience documenting CRM configurations and creating handover materials for internal teams.

Education: We value skills and experience over formal qualifications.
Working arrangements: Fully remote from India, aligned to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).
Contract: 1-month full-time contract with possible extension up to 3 months.
Start date: Immediate.
