The manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for the overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of the financial performance of the Company. The manager will partner with executive management and functional leaders to provide financial transparency, develop financial strategies, and provide insights to support the achievement of the Company’s strategic plan and goals. This role is responsible for financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, management reporting, and the annual strategic planning and budgeting process. The manager will also support Board and investor reporting, capital planning, and fundraising activities.
