- Own and execute Rayda 's growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
- Design, prioritise and run end-to end growth experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Optimise onboarding, product activation, usage and free to paid conversion.
- Analyse product and user behaviour data using tools such as PostHog to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
- Develop and optimise lifecycle campaigns, in product nudges and upgrade journeys using tools such as Customer.io.
- Test acquisition and growth channels and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact.
