Lead the evolution of our Enterprise Release Management process , establishing standardized governance, release calendars and best practices across all Enterprise Systems.
Coordinate complex cross-functional releases , bringing together Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and predictable deployments.
Drive release readiness by facilitating Go/No-Go decisions, managing dependencies, risks, approvals and implementation planning while ensuring stakeholders have complete transparency.
