A US-based real estate investment and wholesaling firm, in business since 1999, is seeking a Virtual Operations & Marketing Coordinator to run its day-to-day marketing and operations. This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can own a CRM, manage high-volume SMS outreach, keep an executive inbox under control, and maintain clean, deployment-ready lead data — the pipeline that drives the company’s deals.
You will report to the business owner and support several connected brands. The role calls for independence, precision, and clear communication: much of the work runs while the US team is offline, so the firm needs someone who owns outcomes, flags problems early, and keeps stakeholders informed without being asked.
