As a Team Lead, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you'll play a critical role in improving financial outcomes for healthcare providers while leading a high-performing team. This is more than an operational leadership role. You'll own the performance of an assigned portfolio of client accounts, using data and operational insight to identify reimbursement trends, reduce denials, improve revenue cycle performance, and create measurable client impact. You'll partner closely with leaders across Revenue Cycle Management while coaching and developing team members to strengthen team capability and deliver outstanding results.
