Sales Representative

Tasks required:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales Cold call prospects to sell the products and services of the client Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs Email clients to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
