Overview
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to support a U.S.-based property management company. This role will be responsible for handling tenant maintenance requests, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all repairs are completed quickly and efficiently.
You will serve as the main point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance issues , making sure every request is properly logged, dispatched, and resolved while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.
