Strategic Vision & Inter-Agency Alignment:
Define and execute the long-term enterprise BI roadmap and overall reporting strategy for cross-departmental HR, benefits, payroll, and financial systems in alignment with broader ADOA priorities.
Standardize mission-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across state agencies, including vacancy/turnover rates, budget-to-actual variances, encumbrance status/commitment rates, revenue realization rates, invoice processing cycle times, procurement-to-pay cycle times, and other metrics established by leadership.
Create auditable, standardized reporting templates and enterprise data models to eliminate calculation discrepancies across public financial reports.
Collaborate with administrative leaders, cross-agency stakeholders, and external oversight entities to capture and address evolving organizational reporting requirements.
