HR Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

Working in the People Analytics department, you will partner with People Partners and senior stakeholders to improve workforce planning, data quality and organisational effectiveness.

• Your responsibilities:

Advanced Analytics, AI & Insights: Analyse workforce trends across hiring, retention, engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness. Apply statistical, predictive and scenario-based methods, leverage AI, evaluate People initiatives and identify opportunities to improve workforce outcomes and planning.
