Talent is how we build the team to do it. As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll focus on Engineering, Product, and Design, building pipelines ahead of our hiring needs and unlocking top-tier talent. You’ll learn what makes people thrive at Thatch , identify the companies, backgrounds, and communities where we’re likely to find them, and build relationships early. You’ll start by owning pipeline generation, then take on candidate screens as you calibrate on our teams, roles, and hiring bar.
