Remote Recruitment Specialist (Home Care)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist (Home Care) to recruit and onboard Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). This position is responsible for managing applicants throughout the full recruitment process, from initial outreach and pre-screening through completed onboarding and readiness for placement. The role involves conducting high-volume outbound calls, engaging with caregivers, explaining employment opportunities and requirements, reviewing and following up on documentation, scheduling required appointments, and maintaining accurate applicant records. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple applicants and priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should demonstrate strong communication and follow-up skills, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work independently without requiring constant supervision or reminders.
