Remote Sales Representative - Insurance Property & Casualty (P&C)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative - Insurance Property & Casualty (P&C) to contact prospective customers, promote insurance products, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience closing sales with U.S.-based clients and a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into customers. Familiarity with P&C insurance products is preferred but not required . This role requires strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills to engage prospects, handle objections professionally, build lasting customer relationships, and consistently pursue new business opportunities. The successful candidate will independently manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions, and meet established performance expectations. Candidates must be proficient in written and spoken English, organized, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple prospects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard business tools are also required, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly, follow established procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision.
