The company acts as its own search engine, broker, and third-party administrator, offering Major Medical insurance and healthshare memberships alongside a consultative approach built around transparency and finding members the right plan at the right price.

We are hiring a Senior Process Engineer to extend our process engineering capability, not just our execution capacity. This is a genuinely autonomous role: you'll be pointed at a business area (claims, billing, enrollment, customer experience) and own the full cycle: diagnose, design using Six Sigma/Lean methodology, implement, and prove the result with a number.
