Overview
The responsibilities of this job are to provide support to the retail and wholesale platform in loan decisions, underwriting guidance, and scenario questions based on GSE guidelines and requirements while ensuring and maintaining quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to both retail and TPO originators, processors, for questions regarding guidelines, income requirements scenarios.
- Maintain a small pipeline of loans to decision for final approval based on underwriting authority delegations.
