Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Industrial

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support construction cost management services for clients delivering complex industrial projects. This role will be responsible for providing estimating, cost planning, cost reporting, change management, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting industrial construction projects such as manufacturing facilities, processing plants, logistics and distribution centers, warehouses, advanced manufacturing facilities, life sciences facilities, food and beverage facilities, or other large-scale industrial developments.
