We are looking for a Principal Application Support Consultant to join our team in Wrocław , supporting customers across the EMEA and UK regions on the Unit4 ERP platform .
This is a senior, hands-on role. You will play a key role in stablising and strengthening a team that has undergone recent changes, ensuring high-quality support delivery while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Alongside managing complex support cases and escalations, you will help develop team capability through knowledge sharing, training, and coaching , while also gaining exposure to both Unit4 ERP and ERPx through structured learning opportunities.
