VERIFY Account Manager

Job Summary:

As a VERIFY Account Manager, you will work closely with clients, VDA Consultants, elevator contractors, and other VDA departments to manage and create VERIFY documents aligned with client agreements. The VERIFY Account Manager can independently manage high-profile client accounts, ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements, and support internal leadership with sales and strategic initiatives. This role involves adhering to VERIFY processes, reporting on contractor compliance, managing client communications, and addressing billing and service inquiries.
