Serve as the escalation point for complex, high-risk, or novel commercial matters, providing guidance while empowering team members to maintain ownership, and keeping Commercial Legal leadership informed of significant matters, emerging trends, and resourcing needs.
Foster a positive, collaborative culture across the global Commercial Legal team and champion continuous improvement in how the team operates, partners with the business, and delivers results.

Strong commercial judgment and the confidence to make pragmatic, risk-based decisions, including in situations where there may be limited precedent.
Flexible, creative, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to balance the needs of Sales with appropriate legal and business risk, while exercising sound judgment on when to escalate.
