Director, Thriving Ys - National Office

Overview

Within the framework of creating Ys that are Safe, Relevant and Sustainable, the Director, Thriving Ys is charged with strengthening and growing our movement by providing specialized support to Alliances and local YMCA s through operational improvement and collaboration strategies that build capacity. The Director, Thriving Ys accomplishes this through the development of trainings, resources, and tools; consulting services including the areas of collaborations, shared services, management agreements and mergers; and assist YMCA s navigating service area disputes and compliance issues.
