As a member of Zayo’s Solution Architecture Organization, the role of Technical Solution Analyst is a dynamic opportunity for individuals looking to begin a technical career in the Telecom Industry. By partnering with the Solution Architecture Organization, each Technical Solution Analyst will be encouraged to develop their technical skillset through org-wide mentorship and hands-on learning. This includes supporting KMZ requests, basic custom opportunity tasks, existing service visualization requests, and basic network design tasks that visually represent solutions for direct and indirect customers.
