At Spice Lounge Food Works Ltd., I manage HR operations for three brands, including a QSR, a Sports Bar, and a Premium Events Organizer Company. My work includes end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and supporting new store and brand launches. At BLR Brewing Restuarant Pvt. Ltd., I coordinated recruitment across business units, including Brewery operations and Beanlore Coffee Roasters. I partnered with leaders on HR operations and talent acquisition for a workforce of 300+ employees. At Nobroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I recruited for leadership and mid-level roles across HR, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. I also supported campus hiring and hired and onboarded interns. Earlier, at Theobroma Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Educore Training & Placement, I handled recruitment and employee lifecycle processes across food, EdTech, and BPO settings. I hold an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from Jiwaji University and have certifications in HR Management, POSH, employee engagement, performance management, and AI in HR.
